At The Dead Sea Skin Care and Day Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service and a relaxing experience for all our guests. In order to better serve our clients, we have the following cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment: You are eligible to receive a gift certificate for the amount paid. The choice is yours— gift certificate can be used for future services or products at our spa.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as we manage our appointments and resources.

Please note that no-shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a charge for the full service amount.
